Add InnReply to your website
It's one line. We email it to you along with this picture guide. Paste it into your site and the chat bubble appears in the bottom corner in your site's colors. About 5 minutes.
Easiest: install the free WPCode plugin (Plugins → Add New → search "WPCode").
Go to Code Snippets → Header & Footer.
Paste the line into the Footer box and click Save.
Using a block theme? You can also add a "Custom HTML" block to your footer template.
Squarespace
Open Settings → Advanced → Code Injection (on newer accounts: Website → Pages → Custom Code → Code Injection).
Paste the line into the Footer box and click Save.
Code Injection needs a Core plan or higher on Squarespace.
Wix
In your dashboard, go to Settings → Custom Code (under Advanced).
Click + Add Custom Code and paste the line.
Choose All pages, place it in Body – end, and click Apply.
Wix needs a premium plan with a connected domain to add custom code.
Plain HTML (or any other builder)
Open your page's HTML file.
Paste the line just before </body> on every page (or in your shared footer).
Save and upload.
Turn on live dates (optional)
Let the chat check your real availability and prices. You paste one key into your InnReply dashboard. It is read-only: InnReply never makes or changes bookings. Without it, the chat sends guests to your booking page.
Lodgify
Log in to Lodgify, open the main menu and click Settings.
In the Settings menu, click Public API. No key there? Ask Lodgify support to turn on Public API access.
Copy the API key shown on that page. Keep it private.
Prefer the chat? Ask the help chat "Turn on live dates" and it walks you through one step at a time.
Stuck? Ask the help chat in the corner, or reply to your welcome email and we'll help. Support is by email, so there are no calls to schedule. The widget runs in its own sealed box, so it won't change your site's fonts or layout.
